1. Classic Espresso (经典浓缩咖啡)

  • Ingredients:
    • 18g finely ground espresso coffee
    • 30ml water (at 92-96°C)
  • Instructions:
    1. Fill the coffee machine reservoir with fresh water.
    2. Place the coffee grounds in the portafilter and tamp evenly.
    3. Attach the portafilter to the machine.
    4. Start the extraction and let it run for about 25-30 seconds.
    5. Serve immediately.
  • Tips:
    • Use freshly roasted coffee beans for the best flavor.
    • The ideal espresso should have a rich, golden crema on top.

          

2. Cappuccino (卡布奇诺)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 150ml steamed milk
    • Milk foam
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare the espresso using the machine.
    2. Steam the milk until it reaches 60-65°C, creating a creamy texture.
    3. Pour the espresso into a cup.
    4. Add the steamed milk, leaving some space for the foam.
    5. Top with milk foam and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
  • Tips:
    • Use whole milk for the best foam texture.
    • Practice pouring the milk to create latte art!

3. Americano (美式咖啡)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 120ml hot water
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare the espresso.
    2. Pour the hot water into a cup.
    3. Slowly add the espresso on top of the hot water.
    4. Stir gently and enjoy.
  • Tips:
    • The order of adding water and espresso affects the taste.
    • Adjust the water amount to your preferred strength.

4. Latte (拿铁)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 200ml steamed milk
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare the espresso.
    2. Steam the milk until smooth and creamy.
    3. Pour the espresso into a cup.
    4. Slowly add the steamed milk.
    5. Optionally, add a drizzle of caramel syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

5. Mocha (摩卡)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 150ml steamed milk
    • 1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare the espresso.
    2. Steam the milk and mix in the chocolate syrup.
    3. Pour the espresso into a cup.
    4. Add the chocolate milk mixture.
    5. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  • Tips:
    • Use high-quality chocolate syrup for a richer flavor.
    • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.

6. Flat White (平白咖啡)

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 shots of espresso
    • 100ml steamed milk
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare the espresso shots.
    2. Steam the milk until it reaches a velvety texture.
    3. Pour the espresso into a cup.
    4. Add the steamed milk in a smooth pour.
    5. Serve immediately.
